This is a part-time in-office position for 15-20 hours per week. $25 / hr. Work hours are flexible. You can even work weekends if you prefer.
Previous office coordinators have advanced to full time project manager roles within the agency.
The office coordinator has a variety of responsibilities related to office organization, food ordering, maintaining office supplies, keeping our equipment organized and helping out on video shoots. You’ll also keep the office plants healthy.
A driver's license and automobile is required. We will pay mileage and parking. You will not be responsible for cleaning, but trash and recycling removal is part of the job.
If you’re into dogs, you’ll also get paid to walk some cute pups if you wish.
The office is located at 733 Johnson Street Victoria BC.
