One Net is a creative and digital marketing agency. We’ve been working with world leading brands since 2007 including Google, Uber, SteelSeries, and Xbox. We also love to work with innovative mid-market tech companies that sell B2B software, gaming, CPG and tourism. We are a confident yet growing group that’s ready to fill the world with quality design and memorable campaigns to increase engagement with brands.
What you'll do
- Participate in team concepting sessions, design reviews, and prepare for client deliveries
- Create engaging web designs that follow best practices and responsive design principles
- Create original graphic designs for a mix of digital and print collateral
- Design brand collateral, presentations, whitepapers, and custom graphic assets with a high focus on layout & polish
- Apply design thinking to the broader context of the brand and project scope
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and project team to explore concepts and iterate based on constructive feedback while thinking ahead to anticipate & solve challenges

- Figma
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Slack
- G Suite / Google Workspace
- Redpen
- Pastel
What you'll bring
- 4+ years experience working at an agency, product company, or as a freelancer, plus a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your skills
- A passion for new technology and figuring out how things work (and visualizing it)
- Strong knowledge of colour theory, typography, and composition skills
- You get excited about how content and design play together
- A love of grid-based layout and an understanding of how to break it tastefully
- A love for working with teams; culture and attitude are a big part of our agency
- Confidence in communicating design decisions with solid rationale to team members and clients. We love a great presentation (we hope you do too!)
Nice to have
- Versatility in illustration styles
- Experience with UI or product design
- An understanding of After Effects
- Experience with low-code platforms like Webflow
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WebGL
